I realised how beautiful what meditation does to me after the three-day course.

This is the joy of life.
I always wished to see the deep inside of me however never had a chance.

When I meditated, the joy was coming up from deep inside of me.
I was worried if I could manage meditation; however, the guiding meditation made it so smooth to go deep stage. After the third meditation, I experienced the tranquillity and the serenity at an entirely different level, which I never felt.
