Director/Instructor of HADO Awareness
  • International HADO Instructor
  • Graduate Certificate of Counselling

Biography

In 2008, she developed a “Self-Realization Course” based on meditation training, departing from her early career in Banking and Tourism.

Asami says that her meditation started naturally as an occurrence in the middle of a bout of depression almost twenty years ago. That meditation led to a breakthrough of her depression. Following that inspirational experience, her curiosity extended to further studies in healing modalities, such as Full Trans Healing, Reiki master, Theta healing, Yoga, Kinesiology, Homeopath, Bowen therapy, Tapping Touch and so on. Asami also cultivated her faith in ultimately leading her to meet with Himalayan Masters. Finally, through meditation, Asami developed an awareness of that “Energy/Sound Resonance” which is considered to be the fundamental of all. In 2010, she started introducing “Energy Resonance based Meditation” into her sessions.

Asami’s interest also extended to psychotherapy where she pursued further studies gaining a postgraduate certification in counselling. During her study, Asami identified Gestalt therapy’s paradoxical theory for transformation as being similar in theory to Vipassana meditation in Buddhism, which sits at the root of the “Energy Resonance theory”. Her studies influenced her meditation to become more focused on “Awareness for transformation”.

From 2019, Asami incorporated into her core course teaching toward “Energy Resonance” theory as an International HADO Instructor. Asami says that without this theory, there is no way to utilise mediation to achieve clarification of mind and body relatively in a short time. Asami promises to conduct her sessions to the benefit of her clients in a way that enables self- healing whereby her clients recognise their innate qualities and enable them to extend their skills after her sessions further.

“Tapping Touch creates a very positive vibration within the environment,” says Asami Gough, a Tapping Touch volunteer practitioner. “It soothes us mentally and physically when either giving or receiving.” When providing the holistic technique, Asami comments, the happy and relaxed vibration resonates for both the giver and receiver, making it a pleasure to practise.
“I feel very relaxed when giving Tapping Touch, particularly with the special accompanying rhythmic music. I have practised on some elderly women, who to begin with were very unhappy, but Tapping Touch changed their mood to become very relaxed and happier after they received it. The wonderful part of Tapping Touch is anyone can practise it, which is so great to see and experience. For example, a girl of just five years old can easily practise it on her grandma.”
