After the meditation session, I feel my mind is very calm and clear.
I’m experiencing the difference the way I judge myself before and now.
I was so insecure and negative about myself. I now learned the way to live and plan my life in a very positive way. The most significant benefit to me as a Yoga Teacher was meditation let me go over the big wall. I meditated before my Yoga class this afternoon then I could make a problematic pose, which I could not do before.
I realised how imagination power is so strong and can manifest reality. I can face my Yoga in an entirely different way from now on.
