I have been very interested in spirituality, the law of attraction, sub-consciousness, and psychology since I was in my thirties. I have read quite a few books, also spent a lot of time and money on seminars and counselling sessions.
However, when I was getting into my fifty’s, I started feeling inability, and unwillingness by realising that my life is not going toward what I was contemplating. I could not see my prosperous future. How timely to meet Asami, and had an opportunity to attend her HADO Awareness Meditation course.
The session was eighteen hours for three days. The venue offered a comfortable space with radiant energy by looking over the national park. The course took me to observe the depth of inner-self, although relaxed all the time. The first day and the second day were lectures with support textbooks and materials to be able to understand easily. It covered the history and effects of meditation, the vibration resonance theory, mechanism within us, our life purpose, and a lot more. How to adapt the methods and natural phenomenon into my life was the excellent part of the course since the course tailored to the individual needs so that the adaptation skill would gain rapidly. The interesting part of the course was to hear Asami’s experiences how she went through her difficulties by adapting the methods as well as gaining her awareness. In addition, on the third day, Asami guided me on how to practice towards the natural occurrence, meditation even though I fell asleep.
Since it was a private session, she answered all my questions. I was surprised myself how I did not comply with what I thought had learned and known in my head at all. It was not a coincidence that I had the opportunity to learn about meditation at this time.
Through this session, I became aware of my thinking habit. I realised that the only way to make my life vibrant was through meditation without any more excuses. It may take some time to change my lifestyle to create time for meditation.
I have experienced remarkable synchronicity since the session. I am excited about how my life will evolve. I am very grateful for regular follow-up session is available so that I will not go to the wrong path. My hope is that more people will take part in this session to be able to enjoy their daily “awareness”.
