NANO SOMA is made from food we eat every day. The active ingredient in NANO SOMA is a nanoemulsion of policosanol. Policosanol is present in many of our foods, primarily in their unrefined state. Because policosanol is a lipid, it is older than the oldest biological cell because lipids are required to create the envelope in which biology can exist.
There are many policosanol supplements available, and these reportedly have a minor benefit for cholesterol and some other conditions.
